At HTHI Construction Inc, we want you to feel comfortable from the first phone call to the final nail. We are a local, family-owned and operated company that values quality over quantity. Our team was founded by Frank Rusignuolo, who has been involved in construction for more than 35 years.
Frank is personable and detail-oriented, with expertise in all aspects of carpentry and construction. He is a master carpenter who has worked with engineers, architects, and construction managers on so many different projects throughout New Jersey. Frank also ran the warranty department for a local builder before founding HTHI Construction Inc. After Hurricane Sandy, Frank’s wife Gina and son Charles fully joined the team, and they help Frank provide customers with friendly, fast, quality service.
Our owner Gina is also our office manager and customer care representative. She is a perfectionist who not only works in the office but also conducts many field visits and has weekly meetings with board members or managers. She can answer any questions you have about HTHI Construction Inc or your job. If you are unsure what color siding or roofing you should choose, Gina will offer her expert advice and make sure your property looks perfect. Gina is especially passionate about helping others through charity. Some of her favorite charities are St Jude, Make a Wish Foundation, Gary Sinise Foundation, and Tunnels to Towers. HTHI Construction Inc has donated labor and materials to numerous local charities or those in need. Our entire team believes in the importance of service to others, and that is reflected in our work.
Our foreman Charles has taken everything Frank has taught him over the years and perfected it. Upon returning home from college, he committed fully to being a crucial part of our construction team. Charles has extensive knowledge of every aspect of roofing, siding, and maintenance. Not only does he estimate and oversee new installs and work with customers and managers, but also works in the field on various repairs and maintenance issues. Charles is always learning new techniques or new products. He attends numerous hands-on classes and conventions to perfect his craft. Charles is kind, personable, polite, and the friendly face you want to see when you have a roof leak or critical repair.
Frank, Charlie, and Gina, along with our crew members, are professional, neat, and reliable and are not satisfied until you are! At HTHI Construction Inc, we understand it is not just a house. It’s your HOME, and we will treat it like our own.
